SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture Made in USA ships direct from the factory to your home or business. Most of the time we ship TForce Freight(UPS Freight) via 18 wheel trucks, or FedEx for smaller items.. Our rocker boxes are to big to go UPS Ground or FedEx. We sometimes ship via other LTL Carriers, depending on the location of the delivery. Please let us know if you have a restricted area, and we may need to make adjustments with the carriers to get it delivered.  Our price quoted is for the product only, and shipping will be determined at check-out.
When receiving your order, please inspect for any damage before receiving, and report on  Bill of lading. You can refuse the shipment and it will be returned to the factory, and a new product shipped to you.  We utilize Route Insurance Protection for your orders and you are guaranteed immediate reimbursement for any damage to your order. Easy and Fast Issue Resolution.  We have your back.  If your package is impacted by damage, loss, or theft, you can easily resolve shipping issues with Route. New items are shipped immediately, at no cost to you, upon approval.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

All products need to be inspected by customers upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during shipping BEFORE accepting delivery. If delivery is rejected by customer because of any damage, return shipping will be covered and we will have replacement products redelivered as soon as possible. If delivery is accepted and damage is found, please email Furniture Made In USA with a detailed description and photos so that we can file a claim for freight damage. If claim is accepted by freight company, return shipping will be covered and we will have replacement products redelivered as soon as possible. If claim is rejected, customer will need to pay for return shipping to have products replaced. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new / like-new condition.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Furniture Made In USA stands by our products. In the event that you receive a product and would like to return it for a refund, Furniture Made In USA will accept returns within 30 days of customer receiving shipment. Any returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new or like-new condition. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the product back to us. No refunds or returns will be accepted 30 days or more after customer receives product.
