CANCELLATION POLICY
All of our orders are custom-built to your specifications. If you choose to cancel your order after production has already begun, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and labor costs. If your furniture has already shipped, standard return and restocking fees will apply as outlined in our Return/Refund Policy.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Furniture Made in USA ships direct from the factory to your home or business. We primarily use TForce Freight (UPS Freight) for large shipments via 18-wheel trucks and FedEx for smaller items. Our rocker boxes are too large for UPS Ground or standard FedEx and must ship via freight.
We may occasionally use other LTL carriers depending on your location to ensure efficient delivery. If your delivery address has access restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Shipping costs are included in the product price, with the exception of additional handling charges for deliveries west of the Mississippi River, which will be calculated and applied at checkout or invoiced separately depending on the order.
When your order arrives, inspect it thoroughly before accepting delivery.

If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the Bill of Lading.

If the damage is significant, you may refuse the shipment, and it will be returned to the factory. A replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Customers must inspect all items for damage before accepting delivery.

If damage is present and you reject the delivery, we cover return shipping and will ship replacements as soon as possible.

If you accept delivery but later discover damage, please contact us with a detailed description and photos. We will file a claim with the freight company.

If the claim is approved, return shipping and redelivery are covered.

If the claim is denied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive your order and decide to return it, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
